Capabilities Summary
Penobscot Support Services (PSS) is a tribally-owned 8(a) and US DOT DBE certified small business that provides facility support services (FSS), including programmatic preventative maintenance, quality assurance, safety, inventory and fleet management, repair & and other needed services. Additional FSS diverse services include custodial, grounds & landscaping, snow removal, et. el. We also perform Information Technology (IT) support and trades & light construction. Our staff further provides supply chain support to federal government and commercial clients

PSS is majority-owned by the Penobscot Indian Nation of Maine and is headquartered on Indian Island, ME. We are currently performing from Maryland to California and will seriously consider work in any state.

At PSS, we continue to build a growing portfolio of facilities and base operation support service work at Federal agencies and commercial customers. As a Native American tribally-owned (federally-recognized) small business, we have completed numerous projects in the services listed above. No project is too large or small, our top priority is to providing contract requirements to the highest standards and complete satisfaction of our customers.

These diverse services performed are geared towards our overall business plan goal to further develop diverse core competencies found in requirements for Facilities and Base Operations. We will take on new customer needs, while continuing to perform, with dedication and care, the requirements of our contracts through guaranteed successful completion.

Government Heavy Equipment Maintenance & Repair - A successful preventive maintenance program is crucial to improving safety and productivity. Preventive maintenance can reduce downtime and increase reliability. On all OEM and heavy equipment requirements, PSS staff create a proactive, customized maintenance plan based for all inventory and equipment, application and duty cycle.

Information Technology Services - PSS FSS and O&M contract work generally has differing levels of IT needs which our staff is always prepared to manage. Our firm has further developed this capacity and performs individual IT requirements. PSS provides precise levels of support, critical resources, and the technical expertise expected from our customers. PSS capacity includes the following -
